Is your limited company accounting up to date?

WHAT I DO

What I handle on your behalf

Running a limited company creates real filing obligations, and I take care of all of them so you can focus on the business.

01

Year-End Accounts and Corporation Tax

Every limited company must file statutory accounts with Companies House and a Corporation Tax return with HMRC each year. I prepare both, calculate your tax liability, and file everything on time. From April 2026, company tax returns must be filed using commercial software, and I handle that on your behalf so the change does not affect you.

02

Monthly Bookkeeping and VAT Returns

Accurate records are the foundation of everything else in your limited company. I handle your day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and quarterly VAT returns so your numbers are always current. You always know where your business stands financially.

Ongoing monthly service
03

Payroll and Director Self Assessment

If you pay yourself a salary through your company, I run your payroll, submit RTI reports to HMRC, and manage pension contributions. I also handle your personal Self Assessment tax return as a director, making sure your dividend and salary split is reported correctly.

WHY IT WORKS

Why clients come back every year

There are plenty of accountants out there, but most directors who come to me have had the same experience: slow responses, generic advice, and bills that arrive without warning.

You always speak to me directly

When you call or message, I answer. There is no reception team, no junior account manager, and no system that routes you to whoever is available. Over 25 years of running and advising real businesses means I understand what you are dealing with, not just the tax side of it.

Fixed prices, nothing hidden

Every limited company package is priced clearly before we start. You know exactly what is included and what you will pay each month. There are no mid-year surprises, no extra charges for a quick question, and no invoice you did not expect.

Same-day responses, always

Deadlines do not wait, and neither do you. I respond to every client message the same day as standard. If something urgent comes up with HMRC or Companies House, I deal with it fast, not when it suits a busy practice schedule.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions

Every limited company must file annual accounts with Companies House and a Corporation Tax return with HMRC. You also need to submit a Confirmation Statement to Companies House each year to confirm your company details. If you are VAT-registered or have employees, there are additional quarterly and monthly obligations on top of that.
Yes. The joint online service for filing accounts and Company Tax Returns with HMRC closed on 31 March 2026. From 1 April 2026, companies must use commercial software to file Corporation Tax returns with HMRC. As your accountant, I handle this entirely on your behalf using the correct software, so the change does not create any extra work for you.
You have 9 months after your accounting year end to file accounts with Companies House, and 12 months to file your Company Tax Return with HMRC. Your Corporation Tax payment is due 9 months and one day after the year end. Missing these deadlines triggers automatic penalties, so I track every one of them for you.
My limited company packages start at £215 per month for companies with turnover up to £100k. That covers bookkeeping, year-end accounts, corporation tax, VAT returns, payroll for up to five employees, and Self Assessment for two directors. Prices are fixed and agreed upfront, so there are no unexpected invoices.
